We've all felt, or at least heard about, the magic of scuba diving. Beneath the surface, the world above falls away, breath leads movement, and we are invited to shift out of the noise of the mind, into body and being.
But diving is not always like this. How do we consistently access that place of calm and centering?
Grounded in the Dive In™ Framework, this foundational online course offers a structured approach to scuba diving as a somatic practice. You’ll develop a theoretical understanding of how scuba diving, when approached as a somatic practice, supports nervous system regulation and mind–body connection. The course is complemented by experiential practices designed to be explored both on land and underwater, with reflective prompts and an online community supporting integration, discussion, and shared growth.
Whether you’re an experienced diver curious about approaching diving through a wellness lens, new to scuba and contemplating your first breath underwater, or returning to the water after time away, this course offers accessible tools to reconnect with breath, body, and presence in a way that prioritises both physical and psychological safety.
